A 65 years old male patient who had sustained injury to right hip due to a fall at home during these lock down period visited us around 20 days after injury. On investigation, X-rays showed a fracture neck of femur (hip bone fracture) Dr.Tushar Chaudhari operated on this patient with cemented modular bipolar hemiarthroplasty in which the damaged portion is cut and replaced with an artificial one with exact length to maintain the same length of both lower limbs Patient started walking immediately next day of surgery without any problem whatsoever.
