A 60 year old male with chronic kidney disease had a trivial fall at home and suffered right side hip fracture ( fracture neck of femur) He was operated with cemented bipolar hemiarthroplasty in which the damaged portion (commonly referred as ball of hip) is replaced. Patient started walking next day of surgery without any complaints.
